Return delivery & Exchange
no problem at Strauss!

Free, 30-day right of return (within Germany, and if the return label we give you is used). Does not include customised products, only available to customers resident in Germany. You can return or exchange goods ordered from Strauss within 30 days.

Goods that cannot be packaged will be collected from your address by the respective delivery service company. The costs for the return delivery will be borne by Strauss.

Exchanges:

The required exchange article can be ordered directly on the return delivery note. This means that ordering your goods all over again is not necessary!

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Worn, soiled and washed clothing / shoes
• Opened packages of technical goods (printer cartridges, calculators etc.)
• Customised items (personalised goods)

Quick and straightforward:

There is a return delivery note enclosed in every package that describes the return and exchange process in detail. Please complete and then place the return delivery note into your return delivery package.
